Cubs (4-6 years old)

​Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Our Cubs program introduces young children to jiu jitsu through fun, goal-oriented games tailored to their developmental needs. We emphasize coordination, strength-building, and self-discipline while creating an engaging environment where kids can enjoy learning and grow their skills with enthusiasm.

Youth (7-9 years old)

Mondays to Fridays | 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM

Saturdays | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

In our Youth program, we focus on both gi and no-gi training to build self-confidence, focus, and physical strength. Through structured lessons and practice groups with peers, students learn decision-making skills, discipline, and the importance of teamwork—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

Teens (10-14 years old)

Mondays to Fridays | 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM

Our Teens program focuses on refining jiu jitsu techniques, boosting self-esteem, and improving overall fitness. Whether training in gi or no-gi, students build strength, agility, and resilience while becoming part of a family-oriented community dedicated to personal growth and self-defense.

Women's only (14+ years old)

Sundays | 9:45 AM - 11:00 AM

Our Women's only classes are designed to help women of all levels build a strong foundation in jiu jitsu, focusing on core techniques, fitness, and strategy. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to the mat, this class provides a welcoming and motivating atmosphere to develop your skills.

Adult  (15+ years old)

Mondays to Fridays | 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM


Saturdays | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our Adult classes are designed to help students of all levels build a strong foundation in jiu jitsu, focusing on core techniques, fitness, and strategy. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to the mat, this class provides a welcoming and motivating atmosphere to develop your skills.

Adult advanced (16+ years old)

Mondays to Fridays | 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

For those looking to push their jiu jitsu to the next level, our Advanced class offers a faster-paced, challenging environment where students can refine their fundamentals, train with higher belts, and elevate their techniques. Expect to work hard, sweat, and grow with every session!

Roll & Flow Yoga (14+ years old)

Starts July 15, 2025

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

A dynamic yoga class designed to complement the physical demands of training and daily life. This class blends mindful movement with deep stretching to help you build stability, improve breath control, and develop body awareness. It supports recovery from everyday stress or intense physical activity, making it a great fit for both grapplers and anyone looking to move and feel better. Expect to open tight hips, release shoulder tension, and restore balance throughout the body. You'll leave class feeling stronger, more mobile, and grounded.

Open Mat (16+ years old; All Levels)

Sundays | 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Our Open Mat session welcomes all students, regardless of their school affiliation. It’s a great opportunity to roll, practice techniques, and connect with the jiu jitsu community in a relaxed and friendly environment.
