Cubs (4-6 years old)

Our Cubs program introduces young children to BJJ in a fun and structured. Classes focus on listening skills, coordination, balance, and basic movements while building confidence and respect. Through age-appropriate drills and games, students develop fundamental BJJ, discipline and social skills while having a great time on the mats.

Youth (7-9 years old)

​Classes: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays |

4:30 PM - 5:15 PM

Coaches: Ramtin and Evan

Helpers: Voxov, Simon, and Justin

Weekend Class: Saturdays | 10:00 - 11:00 AM

Helper: Simon

Our Youth program builds strong BJJ fundamentals while reinforcing discipline, focus, and confidence. Students learn core techniques, self-defense, and controlled sparring through gi training. Students who are interested can compete in tournaments with free coaching from the head coach.

Our Teens program focuses on refining jiu jitsu techniques, boosting self-esteem, and improving overall fitness. Whether training in gi, students build strength, agility, and resilience while becoming part of a family-oriented community dedicated to personal growth and self-defense.
